We ship all hardy plants all year round.

However, we reserve the right to postpone shipping in particularly severe weather.

We ship all frost-sensitive plants (these are specially marked) within the season, depending on the weather.

 

Shipping will be in the order in which the orders were received and after receipt of payment.

The delivery times are usually 2 to 3 weeks, but delivery can also be delayed if there are large orders in our shop. We ask for your understanding in this regard.

Repeat orders are possible at any time.

​

For logistical reasons, the order may be sent separately in several packages.

​

For orders that include both hardy and frost-sensitive plants, we ship the plants,  together or in separate packages, depending on the season, .

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver plants as agreed due to crop failures, which can be unforeseeable, we reserve the right to refund the purchase price.
