Like all Missouri currants, this variety also produces beautiful yellow, fragrant flowers.
 
 
 
In autumn, the shrub is at its most attractive, displaying leaves ranging from pink to dark red.
 
 
 
The branches tend to droop, particularly when heavily laden with fruit.
