Crimean reds – large red berries on very long clusters
Very firm, sweet-and-sour, bright red, round redcurrants that hang in clusters up to 15 cm long.
High yield.
The fruit keeps very well in the fridge and is also ideal for freezing, making it perfect for tucking into as a dessert later in the winter.
The bushes remain compact; if pruned regularly, the yield remains consistently high.
Hardy to -25 degrees Celsius in our climate without frost damage!
Highly resistant to mildew.
A lovely variety, also suitable for small gardens.
